About Working Mediation
Working Mediation was established by Lowri Eastgate as an independent mediation provider to provide independent and impartial workplace mediation solutions.
All of our mediators are highly experienced with many years of experience of carrying out mediations for organisations.
All of our mediators have completed accredited training in mediation and are required to undertake formal peer to peer supervision as part of their continuing professional development.
Lowri Eastgate - Biography
Lowri trained as a mediator following a career in both the private and public sector in both HR and Management. With a background of developing managers in effective leadership and management, Lowri is now well respected for her approach to mediation and conflict management.
